1. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. However, the directions may be issued for the expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 17938 of 2012 within a period of this year.

2. In view of the submissions, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Since the Title Suit is of 2012, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the Title Suit No. 17938 of 2012 on or before 31st March, 2026 in accordance with the law.
