Commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the house belonging to the petitioner.

Constructive possession of such commercial quantity of contraband so far as the petitioner is concerned cannot be overlooked.

Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6.

CRM (NDPS) 2014 of 2024 is dismissed.
