Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the complainant are related and number of cases have been initiated by the complainant and the same are pending. There are also civil disputes between the parties. The present case has been instituted on manufactured set of events which actually did not happen.

After hearing the petitioner, it appears that the issue which has been canvassed in the present case is a subject matter of investigation and hence this Court at this stage cannot assess the truth or falsity of the allegations leveled against the petitioner. The petitioner would be at liberty to take up the issue with the investigating agency.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4938 of 2023 is disposed of.
