This is an application for review of our order dated 29th November, 2023 by which we affirmed the order under appeal.

The petitioner appearing in person has submitted that the benefit of ROPA 2009 was not extended to the petitioner and this issue was neither adverted to by the learned Single Judge nor in this appeal. Accordingly, the petitioner seeks review of the order.

3. It appears that the said benefit was not extended to the writ petitioner as the claim is based on Master Degree in an irrelevant subject. On such consideration, we do not find any reason to review of or order.

4. The review application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

CAN 1 of 2024 is also dismissed of.
