Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a candidate under the West Bengal Madhyamik Examination of 2024. She found several irregularities in valuation of the answer scripts. Several representations were made before the respondent No.4 which have gone unanswered.

Learned counsel for the Board submits that if the representation is pending for consideration, the same would be decided in accordance with law.

In view of the above, let the respondent No.4 consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
