1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner applied for education loan but her application/representation has not yet been considered by the respondent-Bank.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondentBank seeks some time to take instructions regarding whether the application/representation of the petitioner has already been considered or not.

4. However, in view of the innocuous nature of the prayer made in the writ petition, such prayer for time is refused.

5. W.P.A. No. 28859 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent-Bank to dispose of the representation/application of the petitioner, annexed at page 25 of the writ petition, if not so already disposed of, within a fortnight from date, if necessary upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law and, immediately thereafter, to intimate the outcome of the consideration to the petitioner.

6. In the event such representation has already been considered, the Bank shall communicate the outcome of the same to the petitioner within a week from date.

7. In the latter event, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the outcome of the same, if aggrieved.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
