Mr. Dhananjoy Banerjee Mr. Pralay Hazra ..for the petitioner Mr. Kushal Biswas ..for the State Mr. S. Ghosh ..for the private respondent The sole allegation advanced in the writ petition is that respondent no. 9 has constructed his residential building and shop upon a Panchayat road.

The report filed on behalf of the State unequivocally clarifies that Plot No. 310, under Karimpur-I Block, J.L. No. 120, MouzaJotdarpanarayan, Khatian No. 159/1, District Nadia, is vested in the Panchayat Office for public use. In contrast, Plot No. 311 belongs to respondent no.9, upon which he has constructed his residential building and shop. The report categorically indicates that the property of respondent no. 9 is situated adjacent to the Panchayat road and that there has been no

obstruction or blockade of the existing Panchayat road, which is located on Plot No. 310.

Let the report filed by the State be kept on record. A copy thereof has been furnished to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, this Court finds no justification to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 80 of 2026 stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
