There will be no order as to costs Re: MAT 2276 of 2024 1.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits on instructions that in view of the subsequent events after the writ petition, his client does not wish to press the instant appeal any further and that he shall pursue other remedies available in law.

In those circumstances, with liberty reserved to the appellant, M.A.T. No. 2276 of 2024 shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated. 4.

There will be no order as to costs.
