Learned counsel for the parties submit that on the scheduled date, the petitioners went to the office of the alleged contemnor and the latter cooperated with the petitioners. Although certain documents were not there with the petitioners, subsequently a physical application was permitted to be made by the petitioners and the same was accepted.

In view of the same, the alleged contumacious act is purged.

Accordingly, CPAN 1741 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous, keeping on record the compliance report filed today.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
