Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ... for the petitioner Mr. Banshi Badan Maity, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 7th August, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same. On perusal of the order dated 7th August, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 3 instead of "The petitioner's wife was appointed as an Assistant Teacher of a Primary School." in the order, it should be read as "The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher of a Primary School."

The other portion of the order dated 7th August, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
