Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim lady. Victim was tortured at her matrimonial home.

In view of the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
