I have considered the contentions advanced in the present revisional application which relates to the quashing of the proceedings being C. S. No. 24686 of 2020 which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd court, Calcutta and Section 138 of the N. I. Act.

Having regard to the contentions so advanced, I am of the view that the revisional application relates to question of facts and no interference is called for. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4944 of 2023 is dismissed.
