Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, petitioner does not want to press this application and submits that, petitioner will surrender before jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State points out that, Warrant of Proclamation and Attachment was issued. The petitioner is still absconding.

We find from the records that, the police case is of August 01, 2017 with Proclamation and Attachment being executed. Petitioner is yet to be taken into custody.

Since the petitioner prays for opportunity to surrender before the jurisdictional Court, same is granted. CRM(A) 5746 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
