Petitioners are in custody for over 900 days. He submits co-accused on bail. Accordingly, they pray for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was identified in the course of T. I. Parade. Trial has progressed considerably. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioners is rejected.
