Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner do not intend to pursue the application for cancellation of bail.

Report has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State and the report reflects that a copy of the order-sheet dated 18.03.2024 has been received by the investigating officer which was duly sent by the learned ACJM, Barrackpore wherein it was mentioned that the de facto complainant do not intend to proceed with the case.

Having considered the changed circumstances, the revisional application being C.R.M. (SB) 235 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.
