2. The petitioner's application for transfer cannot be considered at this stage, as she joined only on 27.11.2024. As mandated under Rule 3 of the Notification dated 27.02.2015, she has not completed five years of service in the School.

3. The petitioner is thus ineligible to seek transfer in view of such deficiency, as she has not completed five years of service in the particular school from which she seeks transfer.

4. In view thereof WPA/6/2026 is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
