1. The petitioners' representation for updating the records of the Company is pending consideration before the Registrar of Companies West Bengal.

2. The objection filed by the private respondent against the petitioners is pending consideration before the NCLT.

3. Be that as it may, as it appears that a representation from the end of the petitioners is pending consideration for a considerable period of time, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registrar of Companies, being the respondent no. 3 herein to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order.

4. A decision shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. All the parties will be allowed to rely upon documents in support of their respective stand.

6. None appears on behalf of respondent no. 3.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
