1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. It is contended there is series of criminal cases instituted by the victim lady against her husband and in-laws. Petitioners are the sistersin-law of the victim lady. Allegation of gang rape is not levelled against them. Keeping in mind the extent of their involvement in the crime and as possibility of false implication owing to matrimonial discord cannot be ruled out, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

4. Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
