Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner physically assaulted his wife. Medical report supports the allegation.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
