None appears to move the contempt application at the time of call.

Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor no.2 submits that in the meantime, the parent order of this court has been complied with by giving electricity connection to the petitioner. 3.

On the prayer of the learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor no.2, the said alleged contemnor is granted leave to file a short affidavit, containing the necessary averments and annexing relevant documents, if any, to substantiate such claim on the returnable date.

A copy of the contempt application shall be served by the petitioner on the alleged contemnor no.1 directly and on the alleged contemnor no.2 through the learned Advocate appearing today for the

alleged contemnor no.2 at the earliest and an affidavit-of-service to that effect shall be filed on the returnable date.
