Mr. Vaisya, learned counsel for the Bankura District Primary School Council files the report as directed by the order dated January 08, 2025, wherefrom it appears that both the petitioners are confirmed Head Teachers in two different primary schools under DPSC, Bankura, they are praying mutual transfer.

The representation of the petitioners to the said effect dated March 11, 2024 is pending consideration before the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no.5 herein, the said representation forms part of the writ petition, being Annexure-P/2.

The respondent no. 5 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. In the event, it is found that the learning process of the students of the respective schools of the petitioners would not be affected, if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed, then the respondent no.5 shall take forward steps for mutual transfer of the petitioners expeditiously. WPA 30346 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
