Banerjee) Mr. Moyukh Mukherjee Mr. Kunal Sarangi Ms. Sagrika Banerjee Ms. Sarmistha Basak ...for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Diptendu Narayan Banerjee ...for the State Petitioner is aggrieved by the in action of the police authorities as the FIR which has been registered pursuant to the complaint, being Bhowanipore Police Station Case No. 188 of 2024 dated 10.10.2024, is not being investigated properly and there is no effective search and seizure. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report as also produced the Case Diary. I have considered the same and is of the opinion that the police authorities are investigating the case and are trying to arrive at a conclusion.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, at this stage I am of the view that any direction by this Court is unwarranted.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court at a subsequent stage or the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the matter with appropriate prayers.

With the aforesaid observation WPA 30077 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted, along with the Case Diary, is returned to Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the State.
