Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated on the basis of recovery of 100 bottles of codeine phosphate mixtures/cough syrup and the petitioner is in custody since 25th June, 2025. Learned advocate for the State submits that chargesheet has already submitted in connection with the instant case. Dates are being fixed by the learned Special Court. Learned Special Court is directed to expedite the stage of consideration of charges and thereafter direct the prosecution to examine seizure list witnesses at the earliest. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over. At this stage CRM (NDPS) 17 of 2026 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
