1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for disposal of the GR Case No. 3069 of 2013 arising out of Domkal Police Station Case No. 564 of 2013 dated 26th June, 2013 under Sections 147/148/149/324/326/307/427/379/506 IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act and read with Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad and at the time of filing chargesheet Section 302 was added.

2. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned counsel is present on behalf of the State and his appointment be regularized by the competent authority.

3. Considering all the facts and circumstances, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad is requested to commit the case after complying the procedure in this regard, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.

5. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate for necessary compliance.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
