1. The grievance of the petitioner is that an outstanding sum in excess of Rs.23 lakhs was required to be paid by the respondents.

2. Such grievance has been redressed by the respondents as payments have been received.

3. The petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writpetition. Written instruction of 07.09.2025 received from the petitioner, is taken on record.

4. In view thereof, WPA 30262 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed.
