Mr. Balaram Neogi ... for the petitioner The present writ petition of the year 2012 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for cancellation of the charge-sheet dated 04.10.2012 and to consider the representation for VRS dated 23.09.2012 and entitlement of dues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared and has filed a written instruction submitted by the writ petitioner stating that during pendency of the writ petition her application has been accepted and she has got most of her retiral benefits. It is further submitted that some dues have not been granted till date. Considering the said instruction which is made part of the record, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage being infructuous but with leave granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice to make appropriate prayer before the concerned authorities for her outstanding dues.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
