1. The petitioner seeks to challenge an order of the adjudicating authority passed on 23.09.2024, without preferring an appeal therefrom, which is permissible under the statute. The case of the petitioner is that he is not involved in any money laundering, though he had availed of some financial benefits from a person (Romen Agarwal), who may have been involved in such money laundering.

2. There is an alternative and an equally efficacious remedy available to the petitioner by way of an appeal which ought to be availed.

3. In the circumstances afore-stated, WPA 30107 of 2024 is dismissed.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat Certified of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties.
