1. The petitioner-company has availed of some financial accommodation from one Aditya Singh. The respondentauthorities have identified the said Aditya Singh to be involved in money laundering and consequentially the account of the petitioner has been frozen.

2. The petitioner seeks to assail the order of the adjudicating authority passed on 23.09.2024, without availing of a equally efficacious remedy available under the statute, by way of an appeal therefrom.

3. Since there is such a remedy available, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

4. Accordingly, WPA 30116 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat Certified of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties.
