3. This application is moved against the inaction of the police authorities in taking steps on the basis of the complaint made by the writ petitioner.
4. Learned advocate for the respondent no.1, State of West Bengal files a report by the Officer-in-charge of Dakshineswar Police Station under Barrackpore Police Commissionerate, stating that the steps taken by the police authorities by registering a case against the respondent no.4. Let the copy of the report be kept with the record.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case, nothing remains in this writ petition to be decided, thus,
this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the police authorities to see that there is no breach of peace in that area.
6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
