The records of the writ petition reflect that last of such representation was made through the electronic mail on or about 1st May, 2024.

Having considered that the petitioner's grievance is in respect of inaction of the police authorities, I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the learned Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the BNSS. The learned Magistrate would assess as also ascertain

regarding genuinity of the accusations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Indrani Nandi, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State.

Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30267 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
