But before signing the said order we noticed that there is an error in the aforesaid order as the findings in the earlier part of the order is mutually destructive with the findings made in the later part. We do not find any impediment in recalling the order suo motu before the order is signed by us.

The order dated 12.06.2023 passed in the instant appeal is hereby recalled.
