Learned advocate for the petitioner has taken out an application stating that the case is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court- I, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas.

Accordingly, reference in respect of the Court in the order dated 25.03.2026 be read as "Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court- I, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas". Let this order be part and parcel of the order dated 25.03.2026.
