In compliance with the direction of this Court dated January 07, 2025, Mr. Das, learned advocate for the State files a report dated February 07, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Malda, the respondent no.4 herein.

It appears from the said report that the respondent no.4 requires few documents to be filed by the petitioner for sending the same to the higher authorities for consideration of the prayer of the petitioner for enhancement of his gratuity amount in terms of ROPA 2019.

The petitioner is directed to file the necessary documents with the respondent no.4 who upon receipt of the said documents, shall take immediate steps for processing the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law.

WPA 30271 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
