1. The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record.

2. In spite of service, none appears for the school authorities.

3. The petitioner's application seeking transfer has been filed sometime in the year 2022 and is pending consideration before the school authorities.

4. The petitioner is a differently abled candidate and seeks transfer to a closer location to her residence.

5. In view of the afore-stated, the school authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the pending application within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner and if found otherwise eligible, the school authorities will take all consequential steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) as expeditiously as

possible.

6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
