Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset has fairly submitted that during the pendency of this petition charge-sheet has been filed. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned trial court at the state of charge without prejudice to his rights of invoking the jurisdiction of this court again including filing an application.
