This matter is placed before us by the department for correction of the name of the appellant/petitioner in the cause title.

The name of the appellant/petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Syed Asiful Rahaman"

instead of "Syed Asifur Rahaman".

In paragraph 3, 4th line from top, instead of "date" it should be "dated".

4.

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 25th June, 2025.

The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.
