1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Complaint Case No. 480C of 2023 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Malda.

2. Considering nature of prayer, service of notice stands dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the case is pending since 2023 and the matter is being dragged.

4. Having considered the prayer as well as after going through the certified copy of the orders, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Malda is requested to dispose of the Complaint Case No. 480C of 2023 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate the order to the learned Judicial Magistrate.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
