Petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of informing the Inspector-in-charge, Malda Police Station on or about 11.09.2024, no steps were taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that no complaint has been received by the police authority. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 5 denies and disputes the contentions advanced in the writ petition.

Having regard to the submissions made from the Bar and the records which have been enclosed, I direct that in case the petitioner is facing the same inconvenience, a fresh representation be made before the Inspector-in-charge, Malda Police Station who would act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30476 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
