Since the bank guarantee has not been furnished despite repeated extensions by this Court, the default clauses mentioned in the earlier orders come into operation.

Accordingly, MAT 2306 of 2025 is dismissed.

Consequently, MAT 2308 of 2025 is also dismissed and the connected all pending

applications in both the appeals, if any, are also dismissed.
