It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the order passed by the Board of Administrators has been carried in appeal before the statutory forum which is still pending. The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order of demolition. 2.

As the order of demolition is already pending consideration before the statutory forum, accordingly, no order can be passed in the contempt application at this stage.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps in the matter after disposal of the statutory appeal by the competent forum.
