Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record. In Re :- CRAN 2 of 2026 Petitioner has filed the application for condonation of delay of 273 days. The grounds so assigned in the application for condonation of delay are just and sufficient. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2026 is allowed.

In Re :- CRAN 3 of 2026 The present application is for restoration and or recalling the order dated 28.04.2025 wherein the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the appeal for default as none appeared on behalf of the appellant.

Having considered the plight expressed by the appellant, I am of the opinion that reasons which have been assigned are just and sufficient. Accordingly, the order dated 28.04.2025 be recalled and CRA (SB) 208 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

Thus, CRAN 3 of 2026 is allowed.

Issue usual notice.

Call for the Trial Court Records.

Appellant prays for liberty to prepare informal paper books. The said prayer is allowed.

Appellant would be at liberty to mention the appeal after preparation of the paper books.
