1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh before the court having jurisdiction.

2. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 28959 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to present the writ petition before the appropriate court having jurisdiction.

3. It is made clear that the merits of the matter have not been gone into by this Court.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
