This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of a proceeding in connection with GR No.7734 of 2018 under Sections 354/323/511 of the Indian Penal Code now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore.

Considering the nature of the prayer of this revisional application, I find hardly any necessity to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party/State. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore, is requested to dispose of the GR No.7734 of 2018 as early as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the case unless any unavoidable situation demands.

State is also directed to produce the witnesses before the learned Trial Court to facilitate the trial.

Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Judge forthwith for compliance.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
