Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner contends he had leased out the property to another individual who carried on immoral traffic business. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail. 3.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was involved in prostitution business which was carried on his house. Notarial agreement annexed to the petition appears to be a camouflage for carrying on such illicit business. 5.

In view of the nature of the crime which has far reaching social consequence and involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
