Swapan Kumar Dutta, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that in terms of previous order passed by this Court on 18th March, 2025 Pension Payment Order has been issued vide memo dated 2nd May, 2025 in favour of the petitioner. A copy of Pension Payment Order dated 2nd May, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
