Learned advocate for the petitioners complains that the petitioners are the senior citizens who have been threatened by the private respondents. Petitioners also complain that the private respondents are raising illegal construction against all settled municipal laws. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities but no steps have been taken.

Records reflect that last of the representation was in the month of December, 2024. Petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh representation in case the illegality continues. Police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of law and order. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30134 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
