Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier. Presently, it is argued petitioner was bedridden and could not have participated in the assault. This alibi may be agitated while considering the prayer for regular bail. However, we are disinclined to review the earlier order of rejection on this score. 4.

Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
