1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. A serious objection has been raised by Mr. Dutta, learned advocate for the State by submitting that the identity of the victim as well as her mother has been disclosed in this writ petition instead of masking the same.

3. Faced with such situation, Mr. Chatterjee learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

4. As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'withdrawn' with

liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

5. Learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be permitted to amend the cause-title of this writ petition by masking the name and identity of the petitioner.

6. The registry is directed to mask the name and particulars of the petitioner in the official website of this Hon'ble Court as well as in the SARTHAC forthwith.

7. Registrar (IT) is directed to take necessary steps in this regard forthwith.
