Considering the nature of the offence and the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that trial has progressed and it is submitted that the delay in trial is due to the conduct of the petitioner, the prayer for bail stands rejected.

Trial Court to make all endevour to complete the trial in the present case expeditiously and shall also consider whether the matter can be taken up on day to day basis considering the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.
