Mr. Arunava Banerjee ` ..for the Pradhan Mr. Khairul Alam ..for the State Although the prayer in the writ petition alleges encroachment of the relevant plot of land by respondent nos. 9 to 12, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the said respondents are, in fact, causing disturbances in conducting his business peacefully.

Such a grievance, however, cannot be adjudicated by this Court, as it pertains to a dispute between private parties.

Accordingly, WPA 168 of 2026 stands dismissed.

This order shall not preclude the petitioner from seeking appropriate relief before the competent forum in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
